He arrived into this world at 3.49pm on 10th April 1987, after 16 hours of labour pain , his eyes wide open and one week overdue...so he had long fingernails and his skin was peeling...and all I could say was I have a son now...someone to carry the Netto name. He was born 4.1 kg...the biggest baby in the University Hospital Maternity Ward on that day and he instantly became our son , Melissa's little brother and he had two grandmothers who adored him, his Amechi and Amama and a bunch of cousins , uncles and aunties. I felt the family was complete with a daughter and a son. As a young boy he was rather quiet but as he grew into his teenage years he became the life of every party.
And today he is a young man of strong physique 6' 2" , very down to earth and practical like his dad. At 15 he did a holiday job at X Fresh Astro , at 16 he went round the world on a trip with his godparents , at 17 he worked with the Hitz Fm Criusers ,at 19 he became a stand up comedian discovered by Harith Iskander and he started earning his own money , at his 21st birthday dinner he launched his own website and today at 24 he is a proud owner of his own BMW 525 i and is doing well in his career and working towards finishing his degree this year. And as parents and a family we are very proud of him and his achievements.
Son, as a mum all I pray is that you continue to be the young responsible man you are today and always keep your faith as that is the only thing you have with you to form your soul ...everything else is just to be enjoyed here on earth. You are Andrew Netto a Malaysian celebrity but to me you are always my baby boy. Wishing you all God's graces wherever you may go and in all you do...do not forget to thank Him for all His blessings on you.
